Exciting your appetite and piquing your curiosity
I take classic dishes and add modern twists, developing our menu around the change of seasons using fresh produce from local farms. I select all of our partner farms to provide a range of ingredients: distinct cheeses, quality beef, chicken, veal, lamb, and game that are procured from PA Preferred purveyors. Through careful choices in ingredients and preparation I want to create memorable dining experiences so that our guests leave excited for their next visit to Mount Hill Tavern.
